What types of furniture do you sell?

We offer a diverse selection of modern furniture to suit every room in your home. Our living room collection includes recliners, sofas, and sectionals, while our dining room range features tables, chairs, and sideboards. For the bedroom, we provide beds, mattresses, and dressers. Additionally, we have office furniture such as desks and chairs. Our curated brands include Stressless, Copeland, Palliser, and Younger Furniture, ensuring stylish and high-quality pieces for your home.

What brands do you carry?

In our upholstery collection, we offer Wesley Hall, Palliser, Rowe, Decor-Rest, Stressless, IMG Comfort, and Luonto.

For dining collections, we feature Trica, Amisco, Mobican, Copeland, and Gat Creek.

Our bedroom collection includes pieces from Copeland, Thors' Elegance, Palliser, Mobican, Trica, and Gat Creek.

We carry Naturepedic and Beautyrest Black in our mattress collection.

For office and accent furniture, we have BDI, Rowe, EQ3, Amisco, Nuevo, Aeon, Gat Creek, Copeland, and Charleston Forge.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes, at Danco Modern, we love customization! Most of our brands offer a range of options. For guidance, chat with one of our knowledgeable salespeople or visit our showroom.

Our in-stock furniture selection is limited, as we primarily handle special orders. For the latest inventory report, please chat with one of our knowledgeable salespeople or visit our showroom.

How do I order?

1. Call Us, Place Your Order!

When you call, we can confirm all the details. Call us at (413) 247-5681, Monday - Saturday, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Sundays 12pm - 5pm.

2. Visit Our Local Showroom - Open 7 Days

Come visit our beautiful showroom in West Hatfield, just north of Northampton. With over 17,000 square feet of quality home furnishings, you'll find everything from modern to transitional styles. We also have a great selection of rugs, lighting, and accessories. Our knowledgable salespeople will help you find the perfect pieces for your home.

Can I cancel my order?

If a special order is cancelled, a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply. Please consult your salesperson to cancel an order.

How long does it take to get furniture?

Lead times vary by manufacturer. Please consult your salesperson for the latest information. If you're in a hurry, a clearance item is the quickest solution—just arrange pickup or delivery.

Payment

How do payments work?

When you place an order, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. For inventory items, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, cash, and checks.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer 12 months interest free financing year-round on all transactions. For longer-term special financing offers, financing cannot be combined with discounts or other promotions. For more details, please visit our financing page.

Do you match competitor's prices?

We're confident in our pricing policy and methodology, but we know there's a lot of competition out there. If you've received a quote elsewhere, let us know—we'll do our best to match it (unless the competition has made a mistake, in which case, we might suggest you take advantage of that deal!). We appreciate being informed of price differences because it helps us improve and better serve you in the future. Please note that comparisons must be fair—what we call comparing "apples to apples." For example, if you're asking us to match the price of an “as is” floor sample or damaged item with the price of a brand new one, that won’t be possible.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and beyond. We provide a White Glove Delivery service for a fee, which varies based on location.

What is White Glove Delivery?

Our White Glove Delivery service includes in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly, precise placement, and cleanup, ensuring a hassle-free experience with everything set up and ready to use.

Do you remove furniture?

Yes, we offer furniture removal services for items we are replacing. Our fees are based on the type of item. We either dispose of the item or, if it is in good condition, donate it to a charitable organization. Please note that we do not remove unrelated items.
